Missed Appointment/Cancellation Fee - £25
In order to provide the level of service necessary we kindly ask that
you offer your credit card details at the time of booking to guarantee
your appointment.
If you find that you are unable to attend, 2 working
days notice will be required, making it possible to give your
appointment to another customer.
If you find that you are unable to attend without notice please let us know so we can open your
appointment slot:
- If we can fill this appointment, no charge will be made.
- If we are unable to fill your appointment slot then the charge will be made.
- If you re-arrange your appointment at this point, the £25 charge will then be credited against any purchase.
If you simply miss your appointment the charge will be made.
