Comfort Fit Guarantee

profeet will endeavour to provide every client with the highest possible service, which is why Profeet guarantee that when you buy any footwear or custom insoles from us that they will fit and perform. After the break-in period should problems develop we will endeavour to adjust them at no extra charge, (Please call for an appointment on 020 7736 0046). If, despite our best efforts, your shoes or custom insoles prove unbefitting we will gladly offer you a refund or replace that particular item. This comfort pledge is more than that required by the Sale of Goods Act.

The following circumstances apply:

You must provide profeet with the opportunity to examine/adjust or replace the insole or shoe at our store.
The comfort pledge is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
That you have your original receipt and footscan.
That they have not been unreasonably worn or abused.
You have followed the Break-In guidelines.

Price Match Guarantee

Our pricing policy is to always offer 'the best price available' to our customers and in doing so we spend time in finding the best 'street price' for each product we offer. We recognise, however, that there are occasions when other retailers have 'Special Offers' on a short term basis which may result in a lower price than ours. We are willing to match legitimate price differences that you may encounter within 30 days of purchase; we however do not match sales prices. The only restriction we ask is that it is an offer for the same, make, model, size and colour. This guarantee is restricted to shop offers only, and does not include internet offers.

Break-in Guidelines

Rest assured that your shoe and custom insole will fit and perform better after they are broken-in. How long it takes depends on you and how often you wear them, remember your feet will need time to get used to the new position that the 3D Fit System is encouraging.

During the Break-In period we recommend an incremental approach to your activity, don't try and run 45 miles in the first week, don't play 36 six holes on the first day, don't play a 5 set game etc. Slowly ease back into your normal training/sporting programme, if you experience reddening or blisters reduce the intensity. As our Comfort Fit Guarantee states, should problems develop we will endeavour to adjust/refit them at no extra charge.

Note: If you have purchased running shoes for the purpose of running, use them for running only; if you walk or play any other activity in them different areas of the sole will wear affecting its primary function - running.
