We do our best to make sure everything is perfect for you the first time: we choose the best products, find the best people, use the best equipment and strive to provide the best possible service and a comfy fit.

We do everything we can to ensure that when you purchase any footwear, custom insoles or any other product from us, that they will fit an perform to the highest standards. In fact, we comfort guarantee it.

But, as in many things in life, it doesn't always turn out the way we'd like. If a comfort problem develops, we will be happy to refit your footwear at no extra charge (please call us to discuss this and arrange a suitable refit appointment.)

If, despite our best efforts, your footwear or custom insoles prove unsuitable we will gladly offer you a refund or replace that particular item. Our comfort guarantee is above and beyond that offered by the Sale of Goods Act.

We'd like to be unconditional, but the following circumstances apply:

You must provide us with the opportunity to examine, adjust, refit or replace the insoles or shoes at our store.
The Live Comfy Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase on insoles and footwear custom fitted following a "full" analysis.
You must have your original receipt and analysis folder with your analysis form, footscan and other info provided on the day.
The insoles or footwear have not been unreasonably worn, damaged or abused.
You have followed the Break-In Guidelines and any other advice given to you at your original appointment.

Please Note:

The analysis service is not refundable.
We can't offer this comfort guarantee on shoes bought without a full analysis appointment (unless you are a returning customer.) A "1D," shoe-only sale with a basic video gait analysis does not give us the opportunity to examine your biomechanics, just the fit and function of the shoes.

We strive to always offer the best price available to our customers and in doing so we spend time in finding the best 'street' price for each of our products. There are occasions when other retailers have special offers, events or promotions on a short-term basis which may result in a lower price than ours.

Since we can't monitor all this palaver with 100% accuracy, especially when we're concentrating on getting you a great fit, will will happily match any legitimate offer you may encounter within 21 days of your purchase.

The only restrictions we have are:

That the offer is for the exact same product; including specification, season, size and colour.
The product must be in stock with the other retailer when you contact us.
This guarantee is restricted to shop (not internet or mail order) offers available to the general public in the UK only.

BREAK-IN GUIDELINES

Rest assured that your shoes and custom insoles will fit and perform better after they are broken-in. But slowly does it!

The length of time it will take depends on you, your sport and how often you wear them. Your feet and body will need time to get used to the support they now have and the new position that the 3D Fit System is encouraging.

A rough rule of thumb is: whatever mileage or intensity level you're engaged in at the moment - lower it by 20% for two weeks, and progressively increase again from there.

Don't try and run 45 miles in the first week, don't play 36 holes tomorrow, don't embark on a polar marathon or start the Tour de France. Slowly ease back into your normal training/sporting programme and if you experience discomfort, reddening or blisters - reduce the intensity and please do give us a call. As our Live Comfy Guarantee above states, should problems develop we will do our utmost to adjust/refit your insoles or footwear at no extra charge.

Please note:

We sell specialist footwear. If you have purchased running shoes, use them for running only. If you walk, or play any other activity in them different areas of the sole will wear, affecting their primary function - running. Needless to say, the same goes for other sports, take ski boots for example: they're no good for hockey (ice or field), dancing (no matter how many beers you've had) or bowling, among other things.
