Every ski trip is unique with respect to your personal fitness, the snow quality, your health and nutrition, resort elevation, travel demands, etcetera. For this reason we understand that as your needs change over time, so can your comfort.

Profeet will endeavor to provide you, and every client, with the best fit and service possible. We guarantee that when you buy your ski boots from us they will fit and perform - not just for a few weeks, or even a season, but for the life of the boots. If any problems develop, anytime, we will do our utmost to adjust or refit them at no extra charge.

Please remember that the final decision to buy is yours!

The following circumstances apply:

That the boots were purchased at Profeet.
You have your original receipt.
That they have not been unreasonably worn or abused.
This guarantee covers repair and replacement only, no cash refunds are given.
This guarantee is valid for the fit of your foot in your boots - it does not cover normal wear and tear, degradation or changing performance requirements.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Profeet work proudly with our "partners in fit" to offer free ski boot fit adjustment for you whilst skiing in resort.

3D Fitting Frocess - £149.99

This includes your bio mechanical analysis, feet pressure mapping, moulding of high definition insoles supported in unique ski position, boot adjustments, alignment and lifetime comfort guarantee.

Ski Boots

Our pricing policy is to always offer the best price available and in doing so we spend time in finding the best street price for each product we offer.

We recognise, however, that there are occasions when other retailers have specials offers on a short term basis which may result in a lower price than ours. Since this is impossible for us to monitor with 100% accuracy we will happily meet any legitimate offer you may encounter within 30 days of purchase, finishing on the 31st January of the winter season you purchase.

The only restriction we ask is that the offer is for the same make, model, size and colour of ski boot. This guarantee is restricted to shop-to-shop offers for the general public only.

Missed Appointment/Cancellation Fee - £40

In order to provide the level of service necessary we kindly ask that you offer your credit card details at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment.
If you find that you are unable to attend, 24hrs notice will be required, making it possible to give your appointment to another customer.
If you find that you are unable to attend without notice please let us know so we can open your appointment slot:

If we can fill this appointment, no charge will be made.
If we are unable to fill your appointment slot then the charge will be made.
If you simply miss your appointment the charge will be made.
