Skiing is a physically demanding sport and as with any sport requires a certain level of strength and conditioning, particularly if is something you want to progress. Often it isn't the equipment or technical ability holding you back from achieving that progress but your own biomechanics. By developing strong movements patterns using bodyweight through full ranges of motion you can aid your progression and reduce the risk of injury." "We'll be working on improving ski biomechanics through bodyweight based strength and conditioning exercises. Sessions will cover warm up activities, core activation, strength, balance and flexibility, all of which will directly cross over to better skiing."
