    Paul is a musculoskeletal podiatrist. His recent research has focused on the importance of comfort as a biomechanical factor in running footwear and the role of sports footwear in the reduction of injury. He is currently involved in the development of research projects on postural sway and running footwear, and relationship between foot pressure patterns and specific injury.
