3D: Footwear (running, trekking, walking or everyday shoes) - standard retail prices, from approx £75

*There is no obligation to purchase insoles or footwear. But it is essential that we conduct a full analysis before we craft custom insoles.

**Additional insoles can be purchased during your appointment. 1 extra pair for £85 or at a later date for £98.95, or buy 3 sets of insoles for the price of 2.

FREE 6 MONTH FOLLOW-UP SPOT CHECK

As a valued profeet customer we are eager to continue to manage your footwear needs, so after your first full analysis and purchase of footwear and insoles, every subsequent purchase of running shoes and insoles from profeet you will receive a FREE follow up 'Spot Check'. This is to assess the on-going performance of your insoles and footwear, ensuring that all is working well.

BUYING SHOES WITH FREE VIDEO ANALYSIS

Our specialisation is custom shoe fitting, and we guarantee to make you more comfortable, to reduce pain and to help you perform better.

But we also offer a free video analysis service to walk-in customers and we are happy to recommend an appropriate trainer or shoe. This service does not require an appointment; but does not come with our comfort guarantee, customer discount and support programme, or the benefits and security of a full analysis and custom fitting.

Please feel free to drop in and buy shoes, or discuss the options available to you with one of our staff.

Profeet customers can also benefit from further discounts! By simply keeping all your scans in the analysis folder provided and bringing them to your appointments, you can claim your Free spot checks and will also be entitled to the following discounts:

10% off Footwear - after your first full analysis appointment and shoe purchase, you're part of the gang. As a valued profeet customer you will receive 10% off all subsequent footwear purchases.
Our prices are consistent with other retailers and supported by our Price Match Guarantee.

APPOINTMENTS

Please call 020 7706 0046 to book a convenient time - we're open 7 days.

Our unique biomechanics-led custom insole and footwear fitting services are by appointment only to ensure personal one-to-one attention with a qualified technician.

Missed appointment/late cancellation fee = £40

In order to provide the best service we possibly can to you and our other customers, we kindly ask that you offer your credit card details at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time.

If you find that you are unable to attend your appointment, we do need 24 hours notice, so that we can offer your appointment to another customer.

If you cannot attend your appointment at late notice, please let us know so we can open your appointment slot up.

If we can fill this appointment, no charge will be made.
If we are unable to fill the time reserved for your appointment, then a £40 charge will be made to the credit card you booked with.
If you simply miss your appointment or contact us after the scheduled start time, the charge will be made.

If you can't make your appointment please let us know as soon as you can, we'd rather re-schedule at your convenience than charge you a late cancellation fee.
