Hi Profeet, I would just like to say a big thank you to you and your colleagues who over the past four years have tried so hard to make my ski boot work for my problem leg/foot. As I only go one week a year it has been slow progress. I had to wait until this year to try out the modifications you made last year and I'm delighted to report (for the first time in six years) it was pain free and I could even keep my boot on at lunch time! It made such a difference to the enjoyment of my holiday and hopefully now that I can feel my foot my skiing might actually improve, I can but hope. So thanks for the new liners, the foam, the bolts and all the previous modifications and hopefully I can now look forward to a good few years of pain free skiing. Thanks for all your hard work I just wanted you guys to know it is really appreciated. Nancy |

Hi there, I just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks. In fact Thanks just isn't enough to describe how much I enjoyed my skiing last week after getting a boot-fit and new boots with you a month ago. From getting first runs down freshly groomed piste to skiing good ‘ol French soup at the end of the day, a little bit of powder, plenty of crud and my first venture into the trees. Wow! My skiing has just taken a huge leap forward and it’s all down to the feel and the confidence my new boots have given me. Thanks guys. The Profeet service has taken my skiing to a whole new level. Hi Profeet, I just wanted to take a moment to congratulate you on the fantastic service that I received today. I had some ski boots fitted by Michelle who was professional, offered great advice and made the process painless. Earlier on in the day I went to Snow & Rock to have boots fitted and an hour into the fitting I was told that they would not be able to make footbeds for my feet. They recommended me to a podiatrist who quoted over £250 for a consultation and footbeds alone. Disheartened, I phoned Profeet and managed to get a cancellation slot there and then! 2 hours later and I have a pair of ski boots that are comfortable and at a reasonable price. Michelle offered advice on stretches, boot-care and other general ski tips and I was really impressed by her knowledge. Thank you very much, this is how all shopping experiences should be. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends, random people on ski lifts and I will also forward this on to the skiclub. Best wishes, Neil Sharma |

Hello Profeet, I had an appointment with you last October to get some footbeds made for my snowboard boots. I had been suffering with calf pain and dead leg in my left leg (goofy) since day one and could usually only manage to ride half a day at a time on holiday. You said that I had Achilles tendons that were so tight it was a wonder I could snowboard at all! Well I wanted to say thank you because that pain is no more. I spent two weeks in Colorado in January and for the first time in four seasons and 8 weeks of snowboarding I was able to ride all day everyday. I was also able to do full runs without having to stop all the time to loosen my boot (although I found myself stopping out of habit!) It has been amazing. I also changed binding while away so that may have helped, but I am sure the majority of the improvement is due to the beds and the exercises that you gave me. So thank you again and I will be recommending you to pretty much everyone. Cheers Sally Aries |

" Hi guys, So I was fitted for new boots with you guys back in december and have now had about 3 weeks in them and i gotta say, my feet are so content, i believe i once heard the pair of them break into song on a chairlift! my feet have always been problematic and i've never had boots that i could describe as comfortable. other than being a bit achey on day 2 and 3 (probably just because i hadn't skied for a while) my new boots fit like a glove and its a joy not to have to look forward to taking them off at the end of the day! i think i'm skiing a whole lot better than i did all of last season so i'd just like to thank profeet (i forget the girl's name that fitted me) for hooking me up and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend you guys to anyone. cheers, happy new year. A one to one session at profeet is one of the best ways of getting this important step right first time. profeet have been supplying me with a custom boot fit since they first opened, foam injected liners, foot beds and specialist boot stretching completed the fit after my initial biomechanical analysis. It's crucial to have a correctly fitting ski boot that enables you to communicate with your skis properly, whether a beginner or expert, an ill-fitting boot will slow your improvement and hamper your enjoyment. There is simply no need to suffer, just visit the store for the full service to find your happy feet." |

I have been skiing pretty much all my life and have been competing for four years. My results include a 2nd at the Playstation Air Games and a 4th overall at the Brits last season. Whilst I love the fun park, my skiing over the last couple of seasons has been concentrated mainly in the backcountry resulting in coverage in all the British ski magazines plus the French magazine Skieur. I also have sections in the ski movies 'Sketch', 'Try..Fail..Try', 'Dirty Laundry' and 'Co-efficient Drag'. This season I am going to be competing in more epic freeride competitions, then in April I am going to Kamchakta (a peninsular off Russia) with six others to ski volcanoes and first descents. I am very excited about embarking on all of this with my new shiny red boots fitted with comfort and accuracy by the team at profeet. Thanks loads to everyone at profeet who provide the best service I have ever encountered!! |

Graham Bell
Five Times British Olympic Skier. I would never dream of skiing in a pair of boots that had not been properly fitted, ski racers boots are their most treasured pieces of equipment. Badly fitted or the wrong type of ski boots could ruin your holiday, not only could they be seriously uncomfortable, but they could also stop you from skiing as well as you would like. profeet have an excellent group of experienced and knowledgeable staff, all of whom are keen skiers themselves. |
