In-Shoe Dynamic Foot Scan

When we started to look at the biomechanics of bike fitting we quickly realised that the interaction between the cyclists foot and the shoe / pedal was a key element in comfort, efficiency and power delivery both during the pedal cycle and over the entire ride.

Hence we like to combine a Retul bike fit with a highly advanced in-shoe scanning system in order to look at the full picture of how the rider and bike interact.

The in shoe scanning system allows us to analyse how effective the foot is working with the shoe and peddle.

The information is then used in conjunction with the Retul data to correct the bike set up and improve the power output through the shoe and pedal.

Custom Orthotic Insoles can be used to optimise the function of the foot and its interaction with both the body and shoe/pedal along with functional exercise programmes.
